Please observe the following information.

  • It is possible to choke or be suffocated by an uninflated balloon or a piece of burst balloon.

  • INHALING HELIUM IS DANGEROUS AND CAN RESULT IN ASPHYXIATION OR EVEN DEATH! Under no circumstances inhale helium from a balloon or tank!

  • Children under the age of eight (8) years with balloons should be supervised at all times.

  • Always use a hand pump (or similar) to inflate balloons and ensure an adult inflates balloons for children under eight years.

  • Never put a balloon, or piece of a balloon, in or near the mouth.

  • Balloons can spread germs.  Never put a balloon in your mouth after it has been in someone else's mouth.

  • Never release foil balloons outdoors, especially near power lines, and always discard broken balloons safely.

  • When handled responsibly, balloons pose no threat to health, wildlife or the environment.
